Historic local butcher, set up in 1953, is managed by the Sighel family, which promotes tradition, innovation and taste of hospitality.
Thanks to the modern artisan laboratory, respecting tradition, speck, pancetta, lucaniche, salami, frankfurters, hams, cooked speck, donkey meats and game ragù are produced. Veal and veal meats come from Trentino and national farms.
The Butchery adheres to the Trentino Mountain Butchery Quality Mark.
At the Sighel Butcher Shop you can also find a rich rotisserie and fish shop.
