The Dolomiti Lagorai Bike area covers a Mountain Bike region with 1100 km of off-road trails.
These trails are composed of woods, pastures, alpine lakes and two National Parks: Monte Corno National Park (in the western part of the region) and Paneveggio National Park (east). The Altopiano di Piné and Valle di Cembra offer beginners as well as accomplished mountain bikers a wide choice of routes. Thanks to the relatively soft contours of the mountains and the presence of several fairly at paths, beginners have lots of opportunities to practise mountain biking in a natural landscape.
The tours to the region’s lakes (especially Lake Serraia and Lake Piazze on the Altopiano di Piné) are among the most popular, particularly among beginners. But expert riders are also spoilt for choice. Among the more strenuous destinations, let’s mention, for instance Costalta, Malga Stramaiolo, and Passo del Redebus.
